Hotel La Joya Isla Mujeres

We stayed at the hotel while visiting the Captain Dulche's Museum nearby. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The staff was friendly and the breakfast served in the room was satisfying. The highlight of our stay was the amazing views and the dedicated employee, Miguel, who made our experience memorable.

The hotel had a beautiful view, great for families, but a bit far from attractions. The beach was natural, but not sandy. The staff was helpful, and the pool area offered a nice sunset view. It's a peaceful spot, with an option to rent bikes for exploring nearby.

The room was comfortable with a lovely sea view. Enjoyed the delicious evening meal and picturesque pool area. Just a few hiccups with the bar staff and breakfast choices. Would return for the cozy Mexicano charm and friendly atmosphere.

Staying at Hotel La Joya was an incredible experience! Our room by the pool was spacious, clean, and had great Aircon. While there were many stairs, the friendly staff made our stay extra special. Snorkeling, delicious food, and stunning views of Cancun made it a memorable trip. A paradise worth revisiting!

Omg, stayed at a gem on a white beach in mexico. The views of the turquoise ocean and sunset from the room were everything! but, the lack of english subtitles on tv was a bummer. Staff was so friendly and helpful 😍.

Our room was massive, the balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking, and having AC was a lifesaver. The infinity pool had stunning views, and the poolside bar was a bonus for relaxing. The only downside was the restaurant closing early at 7:30 pm, but no worries, plenty of dining spots a short walk away. 🌊

Beautiful ocean view rooms with private patios and hammocks, complimented by friendly and helpful staff. Delicious lobster and wine delivered to the room. Lovely secluded beach and snorkeling area, perfect for relaxation. Good WIFI and easy parking.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, even moving us to a different room when construction repairs were happening nearby. The food was delicious, the views were breathtaking, and the option to rent a scooter made it easy to explore the island.

We found a hidden gem in a secluded location secret on the island, away from the main tourist spots in the Cancun area. The hotel's private beach was perfect for a relaxing swim in the sea, but we also had time to explore the southern part of the island thanks to the convenient location. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. In terms of service, the staff were helpful, but the breakfast was underwhelming.

The room was a bit cramped for a bigger group of friends, and we felt like we paid more than we should have for the amenities provided.

The pool area was beautiful, and we had easy beach access to enjoy the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. this place really exceeded our expectations and provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The views from the terraces were absolutely stunning, with clear turquoise water stretching out towards the horizon. the steps leading down to the pool and the sea were beautiful, adding to the overall ambiance of the place. the breakfast delivered to the room each day was fresh and delicious, providing a convenient way to start the day.

The hotel is located quite far from the ferry terminal, making transportation a bit inconvenient. We had to hire a golf cart to get around, which ended up being quite costly.

They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the ocean. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

One downside of our stay was the lack of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. We found ourselves having to travel further to find a variety of places to eat.
